The Visual Arts Studio houses workshops and participatory events throughout the year linked to Lakeside's programme. Situated in the D H Lawrence Pavilion, it is available to schools, colleges and community groups who would like to access space for practical workshop sessions linked to their visit to the galleries or museum.

Hiring the Visual Arts Studio
When not in use for Lakeside activities, it is also possible to hire the workshop for visual arts activities. If you'd like to know more about this please contact James Seymour, Front of House Manager, on 0115 8467277.

Lakeside Arts Centre is the University of Nottingham’s public arts centre and museum, programming high quality music, theatre, dance, visual arts, crafts, comedy, literature, and family events. Located on the University Park campus, with three different galleries, two excellent cafes and enviable lakeside walks, there really is something for everyone. Lakeside is the ideal place to take time out, wind down and experience the very best in visual and performing arts.
